Jaxie Blessing

 Today Jaxie is 2 months old and we also blessed her. What a wonderful day. It was cold and windy but it was warm and wonderful on the inside. We had so much fun. Jaxie was good till she was done being passed around. She just wanted mommy time.. Here a few of the people that were there. I tried to get eveyone put some people hide like Aunt Lorna. (you know you did)

 We are missing Claytons baby and Amanda's baby. Sorry I dont know the babies names well enough.

I was wanting for so long to get a picture of the babies. Ill have to get another one with all of the babies together if we can get together.

Wow there was a lot of us. Great food and Great times. I love when we all get together its so much fun. Watching all of the little ones run around, visiting with everyone. 

Wayne did a great job. We couldn't hear him the microphone wasn't working but who was all in the circle said he did great. Jaxie is so blessed to have all of you as family. She will grow to love each and everyone of you just like Wayne and I have. Thanks again.

I thought this would be a cute blog to list a few of the FIRST that Wayne and I have had with Jaxie.

First breath,

 First Cry,

First family photo

First real yuck diaper (of course mommy had to change it)

First bottle,

First babysitter

First day back to work 

First smile

First giggle

First cold

That is right First cold. Its so sad. I cant do anything just hope what I am doing makes her comfortable. I wish I could just breath in her cold (like on green mile) and take it away from her. Its been really hard on mommy since I think Im the one that got her sick. Daddy is having a hard time also with her being sick. Dr has us doing saline, for her stuffiness, and cant do anything for her cough. I Steam her twice a day, and have humidifiers on.

We might have to postpone her blessing, which means mommy will be on the phone for awhile calling everyone and sending emails.Out we are still not sure if we are. But just putting it out there. I hope not but if she isn't doing better by Friday night we will be postponing it. UGH.. But I would prefer healthy baby to sick baby.

It really breaks my heart to hear her stuffy and coughing. Dr said that it sounds like RSV but its not bad enough to be hospitalized. Im hoping if we keep doing the saline, steaming and lots and lots of prayers and a blessing she will be okay. I know when we give her a blessing she will be fine. I have a huge huge huge testimony on blessings. I had already posted about it in a earlier one. But I truely truely believe in them and that we wouldn't have Jaxie here today with out them. Im so blessed to have a husband that can give us blessings and a father, and good friends that are always willing to give them. Im a little selfish when it comes to blessings if I feel like I or any one else needs one. Im the first one in line or to mention maybe you should get a blessing. Its one of the most precious gifts Heavenly Father could give along with many more. Thank you so much for looking out for us, and helping us out.

Well baby J finally fell back to sleep, now lets see if I can..
